Promoting independence
We support people to develop and maintain everyday living skills and to do as much as possible for themselves.
ADVANCED COMMUNITY CARE UK LTD
Person-centred care and support that helps people live with greater independence, dignity, choice and confidence.
We focus on what matters to each individual — their needs, strengths, goals, preferences and aspirations.
Our approach →WHO WE ARE
Advanced Community Care UK Ltd provides support designed to help people maintain their independence and wellbeing while receiving the right level of practical, emotional and community-based support.
Our approach is collaborative and responsive. We work with individuals, families, social care professionals and other relevant services to build safe, consistent and meaningful support.
ABOUT ACC
Our service philosophy is centred on independence, wellbeing, dignity, safety, recovery, social inclusion and individual choice.
We support people to develop and maintain everyday living skills and to do as much as possible for themselves.
Support is shaped around each person's needs, preferences, goals and circumstances rather than a one-size-fits-all model.
We aim to ensure people are treated with respect, compassion, privacy and consideration at every stage of their support.
We use reviews, feedback, training, audits and quality assurance processes to strengthen the service we provide.
Enabling people to live as independently as possible while receiving the support they need.
SUPPORTED LIVING
Our supported living approach is designed to give people greater control over their everyday lives. We aim to provide the right balance of support and independence, helping individuals make choices, build confidence and participate in their communities.
OUR SUPPORT
The exact support provided is tailored to assessed needs and agreed support plans.

OUR APPROACH
Good support is not about taking over. It is about enabling people to make informed choices, build skills, maintain relationships and achieve goals that matter to them.
FOR PROFESSIONALS
